Prairies and Petals ships worldwide.
 

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Deliveries are processed Monday through Friday and next day and weekend express delivery is available within the Greater Toronto Area. Prairies and Petals will not be held liable for unanticipated or unforeseen delivery delays beyond Prairies and Petals control.
 

Once your order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund as all arrangements are made to order.

A confirmation stating your delivery details will be emailed to you as once your order has been scheduled for delivery. Due to the nature of our products and handling requirements, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

During this time, we are using a private courier company to hand deliver within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. All drivers are following all safety precautions during delivery to ensure you receive your receive your arrangement in a safe manner.
